Directions

  1. Bring the oat flakes to the boil with three-quarters of the grated carrot, cranberries and milk.
  2. Let it simmer for 20 minutes and stir regularly.
  3. Divide the oatmeal over 2 bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Divide the rest of the carrot over it and garnish with the pumpkin seeds.
