Heat the oven grill.

Place the wraps on the baking sheet and brush lightly with a brush of water against drying out.

Put the pancetta and mushrooms on it. Sprinkle with the oregano. Grind a little pepper and possibly a little sea salt.

Sprinkle with a generous layer of grated cheese and place the baking sheet under the grill for about 3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
