Sandwich with tuna and roasted peppers

Drain the tuna and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Mix the tuna with mayonnaise in a bowl and add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Brush the slices of bread with the tuna salad and spread the arugula and peppers over the slices.

Place the other slices with the tuna side down.
-
Slice the sandwiches diagonally and wrap them tightly in cling film.

Transport the sandwiches in a lunch box.
