Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Mix the honey with the apple juice in a bowl. Add the oat flakes, sesame seeds, (pumpkin) seeds, nuts and a pinch of salt and stir in the honey mixture.
  2. Divide the muesli over two baking trays and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
  3. Then add the raisins and the coconut shavings and fry for another 10-15 minutes, until the whole is golden brown and crunchy. Let the muesli cool down.
  4. Divide the curd over 4 bowls, add some granola and serve with the white grapes.
