Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Mix the honey with the apple juice in a bowl. Add the oat flakes, sesame seeds, (pumpkin) seeds, nuts and a pinch of salt and stir in the honey mixture.

Divide the muesli over two baking trays and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
