Omelette with mushrooms and chives.

Cut the large mushrooms in half or in slices.

Beat the eggs with the milk and salt.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture and put the fire low.

Stir once with a wooden spatula and let the omelette cook over low heat with a lid on the pan in 10 min.

Cut the bread into quarters and cut the quarters open. Divide the omelet with a wooden spatula into 4 pieces and spread the bread with it.

Slice the chives. Sprinkle the omelet with the chives and, if necessary, some pepper and salt. Yummy! .
