Directions

  1. Cut each apple into 4 parts and cut out the cores. Cut the apple parts into 3 parts each.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and place the apple wedges in it. Sprinkle 1½ teaspoon of cinnamon over it. Fry the apple wedges in 2 minutes until golden brown, scoop them occasionally. Pour the orange juice over and heat the apple for another 2-3 minutes. Let the juice evaporate partially.
  3. Divide the over 4 dishes and spoon the apple slices with the moisture on the skyr. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon over it.
