Sweet foam omelette made from eggs, lime, sugar, caster sugar and icing sugar with blackberries, blueberries and mint.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the blackberries drain. Split the eggs over a large, fat-free bowl. Put 3 egg yolks in another large bowl. The fourth is not used.
