Cut the peppers into long, wafer-thin strips. Pull the peel of the avocado and slice the avocado in thin slices. Sprinkle with some lemon juice.

Place the slices of bread on a plate and brush them with margarine. Halve the slice of cheese and place half a slice of cheese on each slice. Put the slices of avocado on top and distribute the strips of peppers over them.
