Directions

  1. Need extra: blender.
  2. Cut the rhubarb into pieces.
  3. Boil the rhubarb with orange juice and sugar in a saucepan in just five minutes.
  4. Mix the warm rhubarb with frozen raspberries and yogurt in the blender with the lid on top while turning to a smooth light pink smoothie.
  5. Pour the smoothie into large glasses.
