Bring the almond milk to the boil. Stir in the oatmeal and cinnamon and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes. Bring event. to taste with sugar or honey.

In the meantime, cut the apple in four and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes. Garnish the porridge with the apple and cinnamon.
