Heat the oil and fry the onion glassy. Add the garlic and fry the onion until golden brown.

Crumble the tofu, add together with the turmeric and cook for about 8 minutes. Add the beans and cook for about 5 minutes.

Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and spread the tofu scramble over them. Then invest with the to, avocado and coriander.

Serve directly or roll the tortillas in aluminum foil and serve later.
