Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion glassy. Add the garlic and fry the onion until golden brown.
  2. Crumble the tofu, add together with the turmeric and cook for about 8 minutes. Add the beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and spread the tofu scramble over them. Then invest with the to, avocado and coriander.
  4. Serve directly or roll the tortillas in aluminum foil and serve later.
