Grapefruit granita
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: sugar, red grapefruit (squeezed) and lemon (pressed).

Bring 150 ml water to the boil with the sugar in a saucepan.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Let it boil for another 5 minutes and let it cool down.

Mix the sugar syrup and the juice of the grapefruit and lemon and pour into the freezer.

Put 4 hours in the freezer and stir each hour with a fork.

Divide the granita over 4 glasses and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit if necessary..
