Grapes in caramel with cream yogurt
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: seedless grapes, orange, sugar, ground cardamom, pouring syrup, Greek yogurt (à 150g) and sour cream.

Wash the grapes, take the bunch and pat dry with paper towels. Squeezing orange. In a saucepan, bring 1 dl of water with orange juice, sugar and cardamom to the boil while stirring. Approx. Boil for 4 minutes until slightly syrupy sauce. Pour pouring syrup through it and hot syrup through grape juice. Retract at least 1 hour.

Mix yogurt and sour cream with whisk together lightly. Distribute grapes in syrup over 4 tall glasses, keep 1 tablespoon. Create cream yogurt. Garnish with the rest of grapes in syrup.
