Gratin cauliflower with tomato and mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Grease a low oven dish.

Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.

Also cut the tomatoes and chop the oregano fine.

Grate the parmesan cheese.

Divide the cauliflower into large roses and boil in a pan with a large layer of boiling water with salt in 8-10 minutes until al dente.
