Mixed grill with corn
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corncobs, salt and pepper, olive oil, lamb chops (a 4 pieces, approx. 280 g), slices of shoulder ham (a ca. 155 g), fresh meat sauce garlic (150 g) and potato salad (600 g).

Light the barbecue.

Bring to the boil in pan and boil corn cobs for about 8 minutes.

Drizzle lamb chops with salt and pepper and rub with oil.

Firing on barbecue around roasted brown.

Cook meat and ham until tender and brown for about 6 minutes.

Serve with sauce and potato salad..
