Cucumber with thai beef
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (seed strips removed), Premium steak ((a 2 pieces), at room temperature), sunflower oil, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), Thai fish sauce (bottle 250 ml) , dark caster sugar, Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), spring onions ((3 pieces), in slant rings), lime (squeezed), cucumber and unsalted peanuts (coarsely chopped).

Ingredients
- 1 Red pepper seed lists removed
- 1 Scale Premium steak (a 2 pieces), at room temperature
- 2 el sunflower oil
- 2 cm fresh ginger (bag 150 g), peeled
- 2 el Thai fish sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 el dark brown sugar
- 2 el Japanese soy sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 1 bag bunch onion (3 pieces), in slanted rings
- 1 lime pressed out
- 1 cucumber
- 4 el unsalted peanuts coarsely chopped

Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper and brush with 1 tbsp oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat over a high heat for about 5 minutes.

Grate the ginger and mix with 1 tbsp oil, the fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce and spring onions into a dressing. Season with the lime juice. Cut the cucumber with a cheese slicer lengthwise into ribbons, up to the seeds.

Cut the steak into thin slices and scoop with the dressing and the cucumber ribbons. Divide the salad over 4 bowls and sprinkle with the red pepper and peanuts. Tasty with coarsely chopped coriander and white rice.
