Directions

  1. Turn the stems out of the caps of the mushrooms and finely chop the stalks. Mix the chopped stalks with the tomato tapenade or finely chopped sundried tomatoes on oil.
  2. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture and place a piece of brie on it.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in the gourmet pans and fry the stuffed mushrooms for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cover with an inverted pan and bake for another 2 minutes. Or garnish the pancakes with mushrooms uncovered for 2 minutes under the grill of the gourmet set.
