Gratinated prawns with green asparagus and tomatoes

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a stirring stir-fry and cook the asparagus in 3 minutes.

In the meantime, crumble the bread and mix the bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon of oil, the chives, parmesan and pepper.

Turn down the heat source and fry the garlic and into the wok at the asparagus. Add the prawns and fry for 1 minute. Extinguish with whiskey, switch off the heat source and add the whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the gamb mixture over the dishes and sprinkle with the chives cheese mixture. Grate the dishes for 5-8 minutes in the oven until the cheese is a bit melted and golden brown.
