Smoked chicken salad
Quick salad of smoked chicken, pear, arugula with balsamic vinegar and pumpkin seeds.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.

Roast the pumpkin seeds for 3 minutes in a non-stick pan. Shake regularly so that they do not burn. Let cool on a plate.

Peel the pears, cut them into parts and remove the core. Cut the parts in length into thin slices.

Put the balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Pour the oil carefully into the vinegar while stirring with a whisk, so that a light-colored dressing is created.

Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Mix the lettuce with the dressing and the pears and spread over the plates. Divide the chicken over the lettuce and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
