Gravad laughter on pea salad with caviar
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, peas very fine (frozen), spring onions, tomato, cucumber, gravad laughter (marinated salmon fillet of 100 g), sour cream (125 ml cup), salt, (freshly ground) black pepper and imitation caviar (rump fish red) (box of 50 g).

Cook peas for about 3 minutes in a pan with a layer of boiling water. Drain and cool in colander. In the meantime, clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Impregnate tomato, submerge in boiling water, skinn, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes. Peel the cucumber and shave 8 ribbons with cheese slicer (rest is not used). In bowl of mustard dill sauce (from gravad lachs) and 1 tablespoon of sour cream stirring together.

Peel peas and spring onions through dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Lay two cucumber ribbons on each plate and create pea salad. Slices of gravad laughter spread on salad. Garnish with teaspoon sour cream and caviar. Sprinkle tomato cubes around it.
