Cook rice according to instructions. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Dry the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Add green beans, tomatoes and oregano and gently simmer for about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat residual oil in frying pan. Burgers bake for about 4 minutes on a medium heat occasionally. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Serving burgers with rice and casserole.
