Heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and roast the pine nuts in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown.

Shovel or shake regularly. Let cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry stir-fry vegetables while stirring for 8-9 min. On medium heat.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging.

Spoon the vegetables and mustard through the mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the stew into a bowl and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
