Tortilla wrap without meat with eggplant, pine nuts and feta cubes.

Directions

  1. Cut the aubergine into small cubes. Chop the onion.
  2. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan and stir-fry the onion and aubergine approx. 10 min.
  3. Add the cinnamon. Drain the feta cubes. Spoon the pine nuts and feta through the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package. Fold them as pointy bags and fill with the eggplant mixture. Serve immediately.
