Green-bean salad with baked brie


Salad with green beans, broad beans and fried brie.

Directions

  1. Cook the green beans together with the broad beans in a large pan of water in 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a deep plate. Put the breadcrumbs in another deep plate.
  3. Halve both pieces brie in the length. First take the halves through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the pieces on medium heat in 10 min. Around golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, pour the beans and rinse under cold running water. Put in a large bowl and divide the dressing over it.
  6. Put the brie on it. Yummy! .
