Green beans-potato raita
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (45 g), red onion, sunflower oil, potato dumplings (450 g), curry powder, green beans, Greek yogurt (150 g), fresh coriander ((15 g) and coarsely chopped).

Toast the almonds, stir golden brown in a non-stick pan.

Shred 1/2 onion and cut the rest into thin half rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato with the chopped onion and the curry in 20 minutes until golden brown.

Cook the green beans in 8 minutes until al dente.

Spoon the potato through the yogurt, season with the coriander and salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Mix the green beans with the unbaked onion rings.

Sprinkle the almonds over it..
