Green beans with goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle), goat cheese with honey 45, walnuts (50 g) and coarsely chopped).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook the beans in approx. 8 min. Until al dente. Drain and put into a bowl.

Mix the oil and vinegar through the green beans and season with salt and pepper. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle with the walnuts. Delicious with the meatballs with olives from the oven and the potatoes with corn on the cob.
