Green curry with prawns


Curry of basmati rice, shrimps, carrots, lime, snow peas and coriander.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp and carrot mix for 3 min. On medium heat.
  3. Meanwhile, halve the lime, press 1 half out and cut the other half into pieces.
  4. Add the curry sauce and cook for 8 minutes on low heat. Add the snow peas in the last 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  5. Cut the leaves coriander coarsely.
  6. Season the curry with the lime juice and garnish with the coriander. Serve with the rice and lime slices.
