Green curry with prawns
Curry of basmati rice, shrimps, carrots, lime, snow peas and coriander.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp and carrot mix for 3 min. On medium heat.

Meanwhile, halve the lime, press 1 half out and cut the other half into pieces.

Add the curry sauce and cook for 8 minutes on low heat. Add the snow peas in the last 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Cut the leaves coriander coarsely.

Season the curry with the lime juice and garnish with the coriander. Serve with the rice and lime slices.
