Pita bread stuffed with falafel, garlic sauce, iceberg lettuce, red beets and garlic sauce.

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the falafel in 3 min. Around golden brown.
  2. In the meantime, heat the spelled pita bread according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cut open the buns and fill them with some iceberg lettuce.
  4. Let the red beets drain. First fill the rolls with some beet and then with the falafel.
  5. Spoon some garlic sauce into the buns. Put the rest of the lettuce and beet in a bowl and serve separately.
