Green rice
A nice mexican recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, green peppers (potted), green peppers (in pieces), fresh parsley (30 g), onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (peeled), oil, rice (long grain), chicken stock, green tabasco, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Cut tops of peppers.

In a food processor, mix peppers, peppers, parsley with stalks, onion and garlic into puree puree.

Heat oil in pan.

Rice gently stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Top up the bouillon tablet.

Stir in the pepper mixture and add 1/2 liter of water.

Bring to the boil and boil for about 15 minutes until cooked and almost dry.

Roughly season rice with tabasco.

Fry coriander through it..
