                    Ingredients
- 100 gram unsalted nuts coarsely chopped
 - 4 tablespoon honey
 - 250 gram mature cheese
 - Orange pressed out, peeled grated
 - 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon ginger syrup
 
- 3 tablespoon mild olive oil
 - 3 tablespoon walnut oil
 - 75 gram mixed leaf lettuce
 - 4 twig fresh chervil coarsely chopped
 - 4 twig flat leaf parsley coarsely chopped
 - 1 bunch chives coarsely chopped

                    Directions
- 
                                Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
 - 
                                Mix the nuts with the honey and spread them over the baking sheet. Bake the nuts in 10 minutes until crispy. Let them cool.
 - 
                                Cut the cheese into slices of 1/2 cm and if necessary, cut out stars.
 - 
                                Beat a dressing of the orange zest and juice, the vinegar, the ginger syrup and the oil.
 - 
                                Mix the lettuce with the herbs and scoop the dressing over.
 - 
                                Divide this over 4 large plates and put the cheese stars on it. Finally, sprinkle the nuts around it.
