Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the sage coarsely. Put the butter and leaves of sage in a small saucepan and slowly melt the butter over a very low heat. Season with pepper.

Carefully shovel the ravioli with a slotted spoon and put them in a colander.
