Cut the bananas into slices, wrap in cling film and put 1 night in the freezer.

Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Puree the avocado with the banana, spinach, ginger powder and curd in the blender or food processor. Distribute over bowls.

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. Divide the mango and pumpkin seeds over the bowls.
