Soak the chia seed in water for 15 minutes and drain.

Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the pit, scoop the flesh from the peel and put it in the bowl of the blender or food processor.

Cut the apples into pieces and remove the core.

Add the apple, kale, water and chia seed and grind in 30 seconds. to a smooth smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve immediately. Bon appétit! .
