Grill chop with lentil salad


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pound of lobe (500 g), cleaned), olive oil, vinegar, green beans, lentils ((310 g), drained), rocket (75 g) and ribs.

Directions

  1. Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salt with water for about 12 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly in a wide bowl. Halve the big potatoes. Mix in 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Halve them and boil them in water with salt in about 8 minutes until al dente. Rinse under cold running water and mix with the lentils and half of the rocket. Season with 1 tbsp vinegar and salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the grill pan. Brush the pork chops with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill in approx. 6 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
  4. Place the pork chops on 4 plates and spread the rest of the arugula over it. Serve with the baby potatoes and the lentil salad.
