Grilled chicken skewers with lime dip
Thread the chicken fillet on the satéprikkers.
Make a marinade of the oil, rosemary, garlic, half of the lime juice, cumin and a pinch of salt. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, lime zest and the remaining lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken skewers on a high setting in about 6 minutes around golden brown and done. Serve with the lime dip.
