Grilled corn salad with egg salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs, shallots (minced), white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley (finely chopped), radishes and little gem.

Cook the eggs hard in about 8 minutes. Let them scare under cold water and peel them. Chop the eggs coarsely.

Meanwhile stir together the shallot and vinegar in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir 3 tbsp oil and the parsley through the vinegar. Cut the radish with a sharp knife into slices that are as thin as possible.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Cut the snail heads from top to bottom. Sprinkle the salad halves with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill the heads in 3 min. Per side until they are light brown and warm.

Scoop the lettuce heads through the dressing. Divide them with the dressing over 4 plates, sprinkle the egg and the radish slices over it and serve immediately.
