Grilled sausages with spicy tomato salsa


Ground beef sausages with a tomato salsa with onion and pepper.

Directions

  1. Remove the ends of the chilli pepper, cut it lengthwise in half and remove the seeds. Slice the pepper and the onion very finely.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Spoon the chilli pepper with the oil and vinegar through the tomato cubes and red onion.
  3. Season this tomato salsa with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the parsley and garlic. Put the yogurt, egg, parsley, garlic, cumin and salt into the minced meat.
  5. Knead 12 sausages with moist hands. Brush the sausages very thinly with the oil and grill them on the hot barbecue in 5-7 minutes brown and done.
  6. Grill the shawarma rolls for the last 2 minutes (1 min. Per side). Serve the sausages directly with the tomato salsa and the warm shawarma rolls.
