Grate 1 teaspoon of the zest of the oranges and squeeze out the fruit.

Brush the ribeye or entrecotes with a mixture of orange zest and juice, the soy sauce, tabasco, garlic, olive oil and shallots. Marinate about 10 minutes.

Roast the meat 1-2 minutes per side in the middle of a hot barbecue and then 4-5 minutes on the side of the barbecue.
