Pasta with salmon and basil spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, poultry meat (380 ml), vermouth, whipped cream, lasagne sheets (pack 250 g), salmon tenderloin ((Scottish), in 4 pieces), olive oil, spinach (300 g) and fresh basil (only the leaves (a 15 g)).

Boil the fond with the vermouth and the whipped cream in a third.

Boil the lasagne sheets in plenty of water with salt for 12-15 minutes.

Cut the sheets in half after cooking.

Brush the salmon thinly with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle the fish with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Grill the salmon in 5-6 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a stir-fry stir-fry in the spinach, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Take the spinach, as soon as it has shrunk slightly, immediately from the woks scoop half of the basil leaves through the spinach.

Put on four preheated plates around a sheet of lasagna, half of the spinach, a sheet of lasagna, the salmon, a sheet of lasagna, the rest of the spinach and cover with the last sheet of lasagna.

Create the fund sauce on this and on the right.

Finally, drop some olive oil and garnish with the rest of the basil..
