Fried plaice with garlic mayonnaise


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter or margarine, minikrieltjes (`450 g)), broccoli, whole skewers breaded (frozen` 300 g), lemon, garlic, fresh parsley (`30 g) and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Fry 30 g of butter in frying pan.
  2. Bake the crates according to the instructions.
  3. Clean broccoli, wash and simmer for approx.
  4. 5 minutes.
  5. Heat residual butter in another frying pan and fry plaice according to instructions.
  6. Halve lemon.
  7. Cut half of lemon into slices.
  8. Squeeze out another half.
  9. Peel garlic.
  10. Parsley finely chop.
  11. Mix mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  12. Squeeze out the garlic and stir well.
  13. Serving plaice with garlic sauce, broccoli and potatoes.
  14. Garnish with lemon..
