Grilled steak with spicy butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly, scrubbed), red pepper, sea salt, garlic (pressed), dried oregano, butter (at room temperature), green beans, steaks (at room temperature) and olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and puff them for approx. 50 minutes in the oven. In the meantime, remove the stalk from the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix this together with the sea salt, the garlic and oregano through the butter. Put in the refrigerator until use.
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the beans for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain.
Brush the steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill the steaks over medium heat in 5 min. Rosé. Let the meat rest for a few minutes on a plate under aluminum foil. Spoon the green beans with 1/3 of the chili butter and spread over 4 plates. Place a steak on each plate. Serve the potatoes and the rest of the butter separately.
