Green asparagus with cream sauce

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potatoes in 12 minutes until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, cut a piece of the underside of the asparagus and cook in 6 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the cream sauce according to the instructions on the package. Slice the chives and add to the sauce.

In the meantime, make the salad dressing by melting the lettuce.

Divide the asparagus and potatoes over the plates. Divide the shrimp and chive cream sauce over it. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with the lettuce melange.
