Tuna salad with balsamic dressing


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks (frozen a 250 g), firm potatoes, ready-to-eat green beans, onion, (spray) tomatoes, balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle) and (olive) oil.

Directions

  1. Dry tuna according to the instructions.
  2. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in 15 minutes.
  3. Boil the beans in 6 min.
  4. Peel and chop onions.
  5. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
  6. Stirring tomatoes, onion and dressing.
  7. Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan and cook tuna in 4 min.
  9. Brown and cooked.
  10. Mix green beans and potatoes with tomatoes.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Spread salad over four plates.
  13. Place tuna on it..
