Grilled vegetable salad with mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Divide the zucchini, peppers and to over a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast the vegetables in the oven in about 25 minutes until tender and golden brown. Spoon halfway.

Allow to cool and sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar. Spoon the grilled vegetables in a bread bin.

Put the bread roll mozzarella with a cocktail stick in a separate package.

Spoon some of the pesto into a sealed container to dip the mozzarella balls during lunch.
