Pita bread with lamb and tomato relish
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, (olive) oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes (250 g), salt, tabasco, low-fat lamb shank patties, pepper, pita bread and rocket salad (75 g).

Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and gently stir golden rings in approx. 6 minutes. Peel and squeeze garlic. To wash and quarter cut. Add garlic and Christmas to onion and infuse approx. 3 minutes. Season with salt and tabasco. Let the relish cool down.

Cut lamb into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat residual oil in frying pan and roast lamb in approx. 5 minutes. Meanwhile, roast pita bread in toaster and cut open. Fill in pita bread with lettuce melange, half of tomato relish, lamb and rest of relish.
