Grilled wraps with pulled mackerel
Tortilla wraps with mackerel, red onion, winter carrot lime, sweet pointed pepper, chipotle sauce and iceberg lettuce.

Cut the red onion into thin half rings and put into a bowl. Pour over the boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Drain.

Grate the winter carrots and put them in a bowl.

Clean the lime, grate the green skin and squeeze the fruit. Mix the lime zest and juice through the root grater.

Halve the pointed pepper, remove the stalk and the seeds and cut the flesh into long, narrow strips.

Pull the mackerel with 2 forks apart and mix with the chipotle sauce.

Divide the carrot salad, mackerel and iceberg lettuce into strips over the tortilla wraps.

Divide the red onion and the chipotle sauce over it.

Fold the top and bottom of the wraps slightly over the filling and then roll the wraps as tight as possible. Pack them in aluminum foil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the packages h5 min. Repeat regularly.
