Grilled zucchini with fried feta and mint

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Place the piece of feta in an oven dish and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the oregano and chili pepper. Bake the feta in the oven for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat a grill pan on a high setting. Spread the zucchini on both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and grill the slices until nice grill stripes appear.

Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with some lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Place the grilled zucchini slices on a bowl and drizzle with the lemon dressing. Crumble the fried feta on top and divide the raw ham and fresh mint over it.
