Haddock package with courgette
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid, scrubbed), zucchini (in thin slices), haddock fillet (in 4 pieces), herb butter (100g container), dry white wine (eg house wine white, 0.25 liters), olive oil, onion (chopped), green beans (450 g and frozen).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil of approx. 25 cm and divide the zucchini, fish and butter. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Fold the foil slightly upwards and pour the wine into the packages. Fold loosely, but close tightly. Place on the baking sheet and cook the fish for about 15 minutes in the oven.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the green beans and cook in approx. 5 min. Until al dente. Season with salt and pepper. Place the packages on 4 plates and add the green beans. Serve with the potatoes.
