Haddock with syrup and bacon
Beets, bacon, mashed potatoes and syrup with fish.

Cut the haddock into 4 equal pieces. Sprinkle the pieces on both sides with the syrup and wrap each piece in 2 slices of bacon.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and fry the haddock in a browned, golden-brown heat for 8 min. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, heat the mashed potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.

Mix the beets, raw vegetables radishes and oil and season to taste with pepper and salt. Put the arugula through it.

Serve the fish packages, puree and salad directly.
