Cut the chicken breasts horizontally. Brush the inside of the chicken breasts with pesto. Divide the cream cheese and spinach leaves over it.

Fold the chicken fillets and stick them with a stick. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken breasts 7 minutes per side. Extinguish the shortening with a dash of white wine.
